BOOKING POLICY

• 100% advance required for booking confirmation. Extras, if any, must be settled at the time of check-out.
• Cash and Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) payments are accepted at the property.
• Billing Instructions: If you require GST/company details on the bill, kindly share the details in advance.
• Advance full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• The resort reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any benefits, terms and conditions, or the duration of the programme, with or without prior notice.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

FORCE MAJEURE

Property shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of this agreement for reasons beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, death, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event so classified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Intimation of cancellation must be sent via email at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date.
• Any cancellation will result in a credit voucher against the paid advance, valid for up to 06 months from the date of issue.
• No refunds for unused nights.
• No refunds (full or partial) for any service hindered due to technical issues or reasons beyond control.

SAFETY POLICY

• The resort is located in a jungle area; your safety is your responsibility.
• No exit from the resort on foot after 5:30 PM or before 6:00 AM.
• You may travel in your vehicle during these hours but must not alight under any circumstances.
• To increase the chance of wildlife spotting, avoid loud music and fast driving.
• Follow government rules of the Tiger Reserve at all times.
• An undertaking containing these house rules will be signed during check-in.
